Hangar 3 wasn’t just a building. It was where the day started early and where it ended long after the jets went quiet.

As a Naval Aviation veteran, I learned quickly that coffee wasn’t a luxury—it was fuel. It was the first thing you reached for before stepping into the noise, the heat, and the pressure. It was what brought crews together in the early hours, checking gear and getting ready to launch.

Inside Hangar 3, coffee meant something different. It wasn’t about flavor notes or fancy labels. It was about reliability. Strong. Consistent. Ready when you are.

That mindset stuck with me long after my time in the Navy and into my 35+ years in hotels.
